Some state privacy laws give residents the right to tell a business to stop sharing their personal information with outside companies. Because our partners pay us a referral fee when they serve a family we introduce, some states may treat that as a "sale" or "sharing" of your information.
If you live in a state that gives you this right, you can opt out at any time. We will honor your request and stop sharing your information going forward.

- In the email: the phone number you used when you contacted us
Or call us at (800) 614-8388 and let the person who answers know you want to opt out of information sharing.
What happens next
We will process your request and stop sharing your information with new partners going forward. We will confirm with you once it is done.
You do not need to create an account or give us any more information to make this request. We will not treat you differently for asking.
